I am just suggesting that unless you need the location there are better options in downtown.POLICE: 1 hospitalized, Cache Co. ![]() Because of the Conference we paid top dollar to stay here with no breakfast, unless you pay extra. We were told that the hotel does not own the parking structure and they had no control over the situation. Our other option was 3 flights of dimly lit stairs. Easy for some, but not for my husband who is 88 and legally blind. We went out to dinner and came back at 7pm and there was no place to park except on the very top of the structure as the handicap spots were all taken and we had to walk some distance to get down into the hotel lobby. The parking structure is open to the public so if there are events being held nearby it fills up. Comments, questions, compliments, or concerns can be directed to Sumerset Ellis from UTA at. They have closed off the entrances to the hotel from the structure so if you park on the top you have to go down several floors to the lobby entrance. Beginning with TX A TRAX station Average weekday boardings and alightings are updated monthly after the 10th of the following month. Sometimes our card worked and sometimes it did not. We had a problem with the TV remote and the shower head and both were taken care of promptly. A note too that the bathrooms while well appointed are quite small. I would suggest a bench in the empty space next to the door. They have added a rather small closet, but a safe takes up all of the bottom. I was pleased with the remodeled room, but since the rooms are somewhat small there was no place to put our suitcases. ![]() If I was management I would not have someone spending that much time training at a time when people are trying to check in. The person training him kept stopping what she was doing to tell the trainee what she was doing and why. There were 3 people behind the counter, but one was being trained. We walked in to register and there were about 6 of us waiting to check in shortly before 5pm. The number one reason to stay here is the LOCATION, I stopped staying here about 10 years ago, but decided to try again since I was attending a Conference at the Salt Palace across the street. I have been coming to this property for about 40 years and have had mixed experiences. I hesitate to write a negative review after browsing through all the glowing reports, but I call them as I see them.
